This mixed-use property includes retail, commercial, and residential spaces in a downtown location. One face of the building has a heritage facade that had to be protected and maintained throughout the project.

During construction, we provided all mechanical elements, including sheet metal, plumbing, HVAC, building controls, and sprinklers.

Once the main project was completed, we also provided tenant fit-up services for a major bank and government department.
