Our work continues on the multi-year renovations at Jasper Park Lodge in Alberta.

Our team in B.C. is at work on Phase 1 of the Royal Columbian Hospital project, which includes a renovation and new build.

Our Building Controls team is providing the control system for all of the mechanical systems and control networks at CIBC Square in Toronto. 

Modern Niagara has three cannabis production facility projects underway. These facilities require a complex blend of mechanical, environmental, and electrical considerations. Our Special Projects team is a design-assist partner in these projects, integrating electrical, controls, and service offerings.

Our team in Toronto is ramping up mechanical installation work at the Central Utility Plant (CUP).

Just 12 month after receiving the contract, we achieved an operational heating system for the 300,000 sq.ft. University of Ottawa Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) building.

We are thrilled to be working with Class 1 Inc. and Ellis Don to provide the first on-site oxygen generation system for a major acute care
facility in North America. The project is happening at Michael Garron Hospital in Toronto.

Over the winter, our sheet metal team battled ice and wind to land 12 large air handling units (AHUs) onto the roof of the Stoney Bus Barn in Calgary.

The renovation of Yorkville Village (formerly Hazleton Lanes) in Toronto reached substantial completion in December 2017. We upgraded all mechanical systems for the mall and a 5,000-square-foot expansion, as well as providing a new building automation system. Learn details of this project here >>

Our team in Ottawa has completed work on the Lansdowne (Thousand Islands Bridge) Border Crossing.

We’re pleased to work with Binder Construction on mechanical upgrades to the Boyle Healthcare Centre in Alberta.
