Carleton University River Building

​​Carleton University’s River Building is home to the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs; the School of Journalism and Communication; the School of Public Policy and Administration; the Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies (EURUS); and the Canada-India Centre for Excellence in Science, Technology, Trade and Policy.

We provided all mechanical services for this 6-storey project, including heating, cooling, plumbing, piping, ductwork, and insulation.

The building features a 400-seat theatre, an underground parking lot and a conference centre. Constructed with sustainability in mind, it also features a biowall and green roof.​
