Communications Security Establishment

The home of the new Communications Security Establishment in Canada features a substantial data center, shipping/receiving facilities, an 820-car parking structure, extensive office space, and numerous high-quality meeting spaces and common areas.​

We provided all mechanical systems for this P3 project, comprising nearly 800,000 square feet across one main building and four out buildings. Designed to target LEED Gold certification, the 83-acre facility features 1.2 million square feet of functional space.

The building has already been awarded the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships’ “2011 Silver Award – Innovation & Excellence in Infrastructure Development”.
