Dundas Square

Inspired by New York City’s Times Square, Dundas Square is one of the most media-intense junctures in the world. ​

Pedestrian traffic and flow at the building a site is the most dense of any street corner in Canada. Dundas Square features substantial retail areas, office spaces, and restaurants, all topped by 24 theatre screens.

With many different types of spaces placed adjacent to and on top of existing Ryerson University parking garages, as well the subway running deep underground and the heritage structures on the North, Dundas Square was a challenging mechanical construction project.

We completed this project on time and continue to service and maintain the mechanical systems.
