Workers’ Compensation Board HVAC Upgrades

The Workers Compensation Board of Alberta is undergoing HVAC upgrades on four floors in its Central and Jarvis buildings.

Acting as General Contractor and mechanical contractor, Modern Niagara is providing all plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and building controls for Phase I of these renovations.

To avoid disrupting normal office operations during renovations, we are performing work during evening shifts. We are also giving special consideration to cleanliness, and are closely monitoring scheduled renovation activities to work with WCB office employees.

Project completion is scheduled for May 2015.
