Lansdowne Building I Office & Retail Centre

The Lansdowne area in Ottawa covers 18 acres of centrally located and easily accessible green space and amenities. The newly developed site includes residential, commercial office, retail shopping, restaurants, a football stadium, and conference facilities.

Modern Niagara provided the complete HVAC, plumbing, and building control systems for Minto’s Building I, a 6-storey, 120,000 sq. ft. Class-A office building with ground-floor retail. The building achieved LEED Gold designation.

The integration of the Lansdowne site with this building with two new condominium developments, Vibe and The Rideau, has resulted in a self sustaining area for residents, who can live, work, shop, and play in their own back yard.
