One York

One York is a new 800,000 square foot, 35-storey office development in Toronto’s South core.

Modern Niagara provided full mechanical services for the project, including plumbing, heating, HVAC, sheet metal, and design completion.

Located in a tight downtown core between two highways, this project brought our full project management skills to bear. With no opportunity for onsite staging, we managed on-demand bring-in and completed the project on time.
