Saskatoon’s First P3 Project Completed Ahead of Schedule, On Budget
Modern Niagara is proud to be part of the construction consortium – led by Ellis Don – that completed the Saskatoon Civic Operations Centre ahead of schedule and on budget.
The project was Saskatoon’s first P3 project. The facility serves as Saskatoon Transit’s new home and the City’s first permanent Snow Management Facility.
