AG Place

AG Place is a mixed-use building providing office space and ground-floor retail in downtown Regina. The 11 story building provides 160,00 sq. ft. of affordable new office and retail space, as well as three levels of underground parking.

Modern Niagara is providing all mechanical systems for the project, including heating, cooling, plumbing, ductwork, controls, sprinklers, insulation and balancing.

Our project management and national experience come to bear on this project as we work in a tight downtown environment and manage delivery and lift schedules.
