Bay Adelaide Centre

This 50-storey office tower in downtown Toronto achieved LEED Gold certification for Core and Shell Development. With more than​ 365,000 sq.ft. of class-AAA office space and 12,000 sq.ft. of below-grade retail space, it links to the city’s extensive concourse network.

We provided the mechanical systems for this project, which is Toronto’s largest new sustainable building.

It features a public plaza of more than a half-acre in size that will ultimately become the focal point of this three tower development. Another three levels of below-grade parking provide space for 1,100 cars.​
