Carleton University Health Science Building

To accommodate the recent new Health Science program and the Neuroscience program and to take advantage of and support the synergies that exist between these two programs, Carleton University is building a new Academic Health Science building.

Modern Niagara is providing all mechanical systems and services, including plumbing, sheet metal, HVAC and more. The facility includes three teaching laboratories, a vivarium, and:

• Two heat recovery units
• Four laboratory exhaust fans
• Two stainless steel stacks

The total building area will be roughly 120,000 square feet, and is expected to be ready for use in the fall of 2017.
