London South West Community Centre YMCA

London, Ontario’s new South West Community Centre YMCA will provide the community with a variety of fitness and recreation opportunities. It will feature two pools, two ice rinks, a library, conference rooms, basketball court, and walking tracks.

Modern Niagara fabricated and installed all mechanical services for the new centre. Our work includes HVAC, plumbing and heating; the cooling plant; sanitary facilities; air handling units; and, infrastructure for the pool and ice rink.

By offering Value Engineering, we helped ensure that the project remained in line with the owner’s budget.
