Peter Lougheed Hall

Opening in Fall 2017 in the vibrant East Campus Village community, Peter Lougheed Hall will be home to more than 140 residents at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. It will offer 7,925 square metres of new residence space in the East Campus Village.

Modern Niagara is mechanical prime on the project, responsible for all mechanical services for the new facility. Our work includes all plumbing, piping, HVAC, fire protection, and building controls.
