Residential Care Facility

An existing building was redeveloped to meet the highly specialized needs of up to 40 ambulatory or semi-ambulatory individuals with disabilities. It houses 40 bedrooms, kitchens, a psychologist room, conference room, large multi purpose rooms, staff rooms, various offices, spacious common areas, laundry rooms, observations rooms, medication rooms, receiving, maintenance and services spaces.

The project required much of the existing single-story structure to be rebuilt. Completely new electrical, communication, plumbing, heating, sprinkler, and ventilation systems were installed for the entire facility.
