Mackenzie Health – Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital

Modern Niagara is the mechanical contractor on the new Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital in Vaughan, Ontario.

Calgary Cancer Centre

Modern Niagara is the mechanical contractor for the new Calgary Cancer Centre. The project will include all sheet metal, mechanical systems and services.

Quest University

We provided the HVAC, plumbing, geothermal, and sprinkler systems for Canada’s first independent, not-for-profit, secular university.

707 Fifth

Modern Niagara was the prime mechanical contractor on this challenging project and performed all plumbing and heating work as well as managed the subcontracting of sheet metal, insulation, and firestop.

Bloomberg Office

We provided all mechanical elements for this new 2nd floor office space, including heat pumps, kitchen facilities, and an air conditioning system for Bloomberg’s mission-critical computer server operations in Calgary.

Humber College Sustainable Energy & Building Technology Lab

Modern Niagara formed a multi-party partnership to provide state-of-the-art upgrades to Humber College’s building automation lab workstations.

Milton District Hospital Expansion

University of Toronto Scarborough – Environmental Science and Chemistry Building

DMC Mechanical fabricated and installed the ductwork for all heating and cooling ventilation systems, as well as exhaust systems throughout this 110,000 sq. ft. building and its laboratories.

Saskatoon Police Service Headquarters

We provided HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal fabrication for the new 350,000 square foot Saskatoon Police Service headquarters.

First Canadian Place

We developed many innovations in high-rise construction for the mechanical installation of this 72-storey office tower, which achieved LEED-EB Gold certification, and we continue to service this building.

BMO Field

We completed the original design-build of this 20,000-seat, 30-box soccer stadium, it 2015/16 expansion, and we continue to service the facility.

BMO Data Centre

We provided complete mechanical design-build service for this Tier IV class data facility.

Shaw Centre (Ottawa Convention Centre)

This Tier 2 convention centre achieved LEED-NC Gold certification and it substantially increasing the city’s ability to host large conventions in the heart of the nation’s capital.

RCMP Head Office

We were instrumental in the design and build of this high-tech building that is now home to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Canadian Tire Centre

Canada Tire Centre is home of the Ottawa Senators NHL team. With a seating capacity of 18,500, it is the largest sports and entertainment facility in the region, hosting 2.5 million visitors a year and more than 175 events.
