We provided the HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, and sprinkler systems for Vernon, BC’s new hospital.

UBC Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science

We managed and provided all mechanical and laboratory systems for the university’s new pharmaceutical laboratories and animal vivarium.

ATCO Commercial Centre

Modern is installing all HVAC and plumbing systems for this new, 230,000 sq. ft. commercial complex.

Martensville High School

We are providing all mechanical systems for this multi-use high school and sports facility.

Swift Current Long-Term Care Facility

Modern Niagara is providing all mechanical systems for this large facility which is Saskatchewan’s first P3 project.

707 Fifth

Modern Niagara was the prime mechanical contractor on this challenging project and performed all plumbing and heating work as well as managed the subcontracting of sheet metal, insulation, and firestop.

Bloomberg Office

We provided all mechanical elements for this new 2nd floor office space, including heat pumps, kitchen facilities, and an air conditioning system for Bloomberg’s mission-critical computer server operations in Calgary.

Bayshore Shopping Centre

Modern Niagara provided mechanical construction and building automation for this retail centre’s $200-million redevelopment, and we provide ongoing service.

Canalta Centre

Modern Niagara provided the plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and HVAC controls for the Canalta Centre – new home to the WHL Tigers and winner of the 2015 Alberta Construction Magazine People’s Choice Award.
