Public Health Ontario Laboratory – Building Controls System

Modern Niagara Building Controls provided the fit-up of an integrated, state-of-the-art Building Controls system for Public Health Ontario’s new laboratory at MaRS Discovery District.

The MaRS Discovery District

We provided mechanical work, plumbing, heating, and cooling ductwork throughout this substantial project, and helped to improve building efficiency.

Forensic Services & Coroner’s Complex

We provided full mechanical services and building controls for this state-of-the-art forensics complex. We worked collaboratively with all team members to successfully meet an aggressive schedule.
