​This 172,000 square foot, 6-storey office building brought all of Blackberry’s Ottawa employees under one roof.

We provided all mechanical services — including heating and cooling, plumbing, ductwork, insulation, controls, and balancing — for this high-tech building. The project included environmental chambers and computer labs as well as office space.
