Modern Niagara provided all mechanical systems for the CFL Roughriders’ new open-air stadium in Regina, and continues to service the property.

Canalta Centre

Modern Niagara provided the plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and HVAC controls for the Canalta Centre – new home to the WHL Tigers and winner of the 2015 Alberta Construction Magazine People’s Choice Award.

Kananaskis Village Centre

We provided construction and mechanical elements for the renovation of this remote recreational building.

The Royal Conservatory of Music

We performed the new mechanical construction as well as a mechanical retrofit of the existing historical building with an NC 0 sound rating.

Royal Ontario Museum

Over four years, we performed mechanical retrofit work as part of the renovation of the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM).

Dundas Square

Dundas Square features substantial retail areas, office spaces, and restaurants, all topped by 24 theatre screens.

BMO Field

We completed the original design-build of this 20,000-seat, 30-box soccer stadium, it 2015/16 expansion, and we continue to service the facility.

Canada Tire Centre is home of the Ottawa Senators NHL team. With a seating capacity of 18,500, it is the largest sports and entertainment facility in the region, hosting 2.5 million visitors a year and more than 175 events.
