Carleton University Health Science Building

We are providing mechanical systems for the new Health Sciences building at Carleton University in Ottawa.

Quest University

We provided the HVAC, plumbing, geothermal, and sprinkler systems for Canada’s first independent, not-for-profit, secular university.

UBC Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science

We managed and provided all mechanical and laboratory systems for the university’s new pharmaceutical laboratories and animal vivarium.

Martensville High School

We are providing all mechanical systems for this multi-use high school and sports facility.

Peter Lougheed Hall

We are mechanical prime on this project, responsible for all mechanical services for the new residence, including plumbing, piping, HVAC, fire protection, and building controls.

Humber College Sustainable Energy & Building Technology Lab

Modern Niagara formed a multi-party partnership to provide state-of-the-art upgrades to Humber College’s building automation lab workstations.

NAIT Heavy Equipment Campus

We are the mechanical contractor on a project to convert a 9,000 sq.ft. aircraft hangar into shops and classrooms for NAIT’s Heavy Equipment Technician program in Edmonton.

Carleton University River Building

We provided all mechanical services for this sustainable building, which features lecture halls, a 400-seat theatre, conference centre, and administration offices.

Quantum Nano

The five-storey building houses state-of-the-art fabrication facilities for quantum and nano devices; an advanced metrology suite; extensive teaching and research laboratories; and seminar rooms.
